TH-MOS
 Master of Soccer

TH-MOS (Tsinghua-Master of Soccer) is Tsinghua University's premier student-based humanoid robotics team, dedicated to undergraduate development, humanoid robot development & research, and participation in international robotics competitions. As an open, university-level team, TH-MOS welcomes students from all disciplines at Tsinghua with a passion for robotics and teamwork.

TH-MOS is structured into four main developmental groups:

Mechanical & Electrical Group, focusing on mechanical and electronic design.

Motion Control Group, responsible for humanoid locomotion control algorithms.

Perception Group, in charge of sensor integration, vision, and localization modules.

Decision Group, developing advanced robot soccer strategies.

As well as an additional fifth Outreach Group that focuses on external collaborations and communication.

 

As evidence of our focus on innovation and excellence, TH-MOS placed second in the Kid-Size Humanoid League at the RoboCup 2025 competition in Salvador, Brazil.
